Job Description

Calling all Administrators! Are you interested in a hybrid working Job Opportunity for one of the largest public sector organisations! Then this is the role for you!About the Job: To provide effective and efficient administration functions within the facilities coordinator team, engaging with building management teams, third party contractors and other teams across TfL, ensuring good record keeping of all building compliance documentsand ensuring all service delivery requests are actioned in a timely manner.Client: Transport for LondonDay Rate: £100-£134 PAYE (depending on experience)Hours: 35 hours (Monday-Friday)Location: Stratford/Hybrid (2-3 days in the office each week)Contract Duration:6 months (view to extend)Start Date:ASAPKey Responsibilities

  • Data entry into various CRM systems along with SharePoint and SAP among other MS Office 365 applications
  • Raising Purchase orders and dealing with invoices
  • Inbox management of various queries
  • Act as a point of contact for all 3rd party suppliers.
  • Oversee the smooth operation of all requests generated by the Facilities Service Centre, ensuring they are actionedappropriately and closed out in a timely fashion.
  • To maintain and collate all compliance documentation and certifications related to health and safety within the TfL Estate, together with other statutory legislation documentations.
  • Attend regular Health & Safety and Building Tenants’ meetings.
  • Provide and deliver inductions to new starters and supporting documentation where required.
Skills, Experience and Knowledge
  • Strong Administrative/Administrator experience
  • Proficiency within MS Office 365 applications including SharePoint
  • Experience with using a CRM systems
  • Experience within a facilities management environment (desirable but not essential)
  • Experience and Skills in using a Facilities Management CAFM system (desirable but not essential)
