My client, a social housing provider, seek an experienced Executive Support Manager for a 6mnth placement to cover the role while the substantive post holder in working on a Project. This role will be supporting their Deputy CEO and Chief Operating Officer.The role:To provide an exceptional standard of organisational, administration and project support to the Executive Director (and the wider Leadership team as and when required). Implementing robust and seamless administration systems and processes across the directorate.Acting as an ambassador for the Executive Director (ED) and the organisation in every respect, whilst supportingtheir workload with confidence, by staying one step ahead of what is needed. Key results: • Support the ED and the directorate with running seamlessly,by leading the day to day office management and implementing effective administration systems and processes • Manage the ED’s correspondence and diary effectively by knowing when to support and when to push back and hold the line • Support the ED with thetimely production of various documentation, including presentations and reports, by maintaining high levels of accuracy, attention to detail and focus. • Organise effective business meetings and events by making all of the necessary arrangements in a timelyand efficient manner (this will include venues, video conferencing, preparing agendas, collating and distributing materials, liaising with suppliers, coordinating travel arrangements, preparing rooms and equipment and recording/distributing/following up actionsand outputs) • Communicate and collaborate with all key stakeholders with confidence by being professional, friendly and knowledgeableCandidate must have strong IT skills and have had experience supporting Senior level executives in this capacity. The COOs diary is busy and ever changing, the candidate needs to be able to respond quickly and with a high level of accuracy.They also need a high level of proficiency of minute taking. Needs proactive approach, with good problem solving skills.Hybrid - 3 days a week in the Westminster Bridge Road office - days to be confirmedImmediate start£25.55 per hour PAYE
