EA, PA, Executive Assistant, Personal AssistantExecutive Assistant required to work for a fast growing and exciting mobile technology company based in Central London. However, due to Covid-19, this will initially be based from home with the responsibility of travelling to the SE1 office once/twice per week. From June, you will be full-time in the SE1 offices, subject to Government Guidelines.PLEASE READ BEFORE APPLYING - You MUST have at least 2-3 years in a similar role where you have managed multiple diaries using G-Suite (Google-Suite), such as Google Calendar, Gmail, Google Docs etc. They also use a system called Slack’, so any exposure to that would be advantageous. It will be your role to provide assistance to other areas within the business, offering Administrative support. Includes planning, coordination and implementation of administrative functions. The Executive Assistant must be able to organise and prioritise multiple tasks and have strong customer service skills.RESPONSIBILITIES (Supporting various Execs): Perform research related to executive travel briefings, events planning and other matters at the direction of the executives; manage special projects and special events Attendance of Daily Leadership Team meeting to take minutes and actions Determine importance of meeting requests in the context of the executives’ priorities and schedule accordingly Lead and/or assist in managing global department-wide communication and activities Arranging Zoom, Google Meet and Microsoft Teams meetings and being familiar with these platforms in order to provide efficiencyArrange complex international and domestic travel agendas; prepare travel and expense reports on a timely basis Perform other related projects and duties as requested General admin/recruitment support to the Head of HRREQUIREMENTS: Highly proficient technical skills (Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel)Experience with Google Suite (mail, calendar, docs, etc)Excellent communications skills both oral and written Highly confidential, discreet and trustworthy Tactful and diplomatic Ability to work on several projects at once Minimum 2+ years of related experience / Associate or BA/BS Degree preferredOutstanding organizational and time management skillsUnderstand and carry out general instructions in standard situationsComprehend and interpret instructions, short correspondence, and memos and ask clarifying questions to ensure understandingsupervisorQuick learner with the ability to multitask in a fast paced and highly demanding environmentExperience in working with highly confidential informationBe versed in dealing and interacting with senior executivesMust be a self-starter and works independentlyThis is a great opportunity and salary is dependent upon experience.
