Job Description

The RoleRedwood BBDO is a leading creative studio, with nearly 40 years of content marketing experience. As part of the wider Omnicom Group of agencies, we work with a wide range of high-profile clients throughout the World and were proud to have a vibrant, friendlyand inclusive culture which is built on strong creative leadership.As we transition back to office-based working, this is a new fixed term role which will offer support and administrative assistance in key areas across our business. The ideal candidate will be a natural team player who enjoys supporting others with drive,imagination and initiative. Great attention to detail, approachability, strong communication skills and a passion for making a real difference are also key skills and behaviours that were looking for.The role will be based in our Southwark office in London, reporting into the Operations Director.Key Responsibilities:CEO and Senior Team support, including:

  • scheduling virtual/in face meetings
  • booking meeting spaces and facilities
  • proactive diary management where and when needed
  • preparing presentations, resources and materials
  • venue searching where and when needed
  • engaging with key internal stakeholders in managing our company website and communications
  • support with new business development and PR
Support to the Operations Director and HR team, including:
  • Engaging with our IT partners on equipment issue and business continuity
  • Providing back up administrative support to the HR team
  • Organising and updating key company documents and templates
  • Engaging with the building management team on look and feel of the office, plus H&S reporting
Supporting our client facing teams, including:
  • Administration on shoot productions for our client Ferrari
  • regulatory and compliance administration where and when needed
  • Additional administrative or event support for the wider company as required
Skills and Experience required:
  • Experience of working in a support or administrative capacity within a fast-moving environment
  • A can do mindset, always looking to contribute and make a difference
  • Natural organiser with a pride in attention to detail
  • Strong administrative management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently
  • Some experience of production or film shoot administration would be ideal, but not essential
  • A natural team player: approachable, friendly and naturally willing to help
  • Flexible and adaptable in outlook - able to use initiative and to act without being asked
  • Highly motivated, with the ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
  • Proactive, mature, resourceful and efficient, with a high level of professionalism
  • Experience of interacting with people across all business levels
  • Understanding of IT hardware preferred
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office skills - Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
