Job Description

We have a current opportunity for an Event Producer on a permanent basis. The position will be based in London. We know that world-class events are delivered through collaboration, and we listen to our clients carefully to understand their objectives.The role of an Event Producer:

  • End-to-end project management
  • Collaboration with the creative department to ensure the creative vision meets the clients brief
  • Establishing regular client meetings, preparing agendas and issuing meeting notes
  • Developing and managing time lines, risk registers and status reports and ensuring project plans are running to schedule
  • Budget ownership, securing client approvals, purchase orders and issuing invoices.
  • Collaboration, coordination and direction of all internal departments and team members responsible for contributing to the event delivery
  • Overseeing all delegate management services including registration, and all delegate logistics
  • Be on site at the Event to coordinate
  • Complete a post-event analysis
About you:
  • Minimum 3 years experience in Event delivery
  • Understand end-to-end event life cycle
  • Good project management skills
  • Excellent relationship management skills
  • Great communicator
