Job Description

Estimator / Senior Estimator - Tier 1 Contractor*Flexible Working*Premises Recruitment are currently working with a Top 20 Main Contractor.The company have a solid reputation as part of an international construction group, and have an enviable forward order book of UK building projects.Current projects range from £50m to £300m+ and include residential new build, mixed use development, hospitals, and university buildings.The RoleSenior Estimator or Estimator on the fringe of promotion to Senior Estimator level.

  • New opportunity within the preconstruction/bidding team
  • Reporting to the Estimating Manager you will have a high level of autonomy in your role, building estimates with minimal supervision
  • You will have input into subcontractor and supplier procurement, ensuring best value
  • Experience of mentoring junior to intermediate level estimators is advantageous
  • You may have the opportunity to lead a bid in a bid management capacity where appropriate
  • Vibrant, modern HQ building, befitting an International major corporate
  • Flexible Working can be accommodated.
  • 2 days from home and 3 days from HQ in London (SE1)
