Job Description

Our client, a creative, marketing insight organisation based in London is looking to add their team with the addition of an experienced EA/Office Manager. This is a central role for an individual to support the MD and 4 Partners on day to day PA supportand key project support as well as oversee the office management for their London and Irish offices.Working for the most warm, friendly and creative individuals you will provide executive support to 5 Senior figures to ensure their days run smoothly in terms of diary, travel, expenses as well as supporting on certain key projects to ensure they run totime and that milestones are met, arranging meetings, workshops, events, booking venues, preparing presentations and materials.As Office Manager you will get involved in ensuring the smooth running of the office; liaising with suppliers, managing facilities, health and safety, HR administration support and managing budgets as well as have integral role in a future planned officerefurbishment .This is a new role that you can make your own; it will suit an individual who enjoys being the go to person, is very much a people person, approachable, happy to help and loves to organise and someone with their finger on the pulse as to where the excitingvenues for client or team events are. As a company they are exciting and inspirational and support their employees with personal budgets for outside training interests whether that might be a yoga course or a pottery course or a coding course- whatever isyour passion they are keen to promote your involvement.* Day to day office management, supplier management, facilities, ordering office consumables, onboarding/offboarding, HR admin* Team and client event management, away days, conferences* PA support: diary management, travel arrangements, presentations* Project support: Managing timelines, arranging workshops, events, organising materials, PO numbers, managing budgetThe successful candidate for this role will:

  • Have previous experience as a PA and or Office Manager
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Have the ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities and have a calm and methodical approach
  • Strong MS packages
  • An upbeat, can do, people person who exceptional support skills
