Our client help and support FMCGs connecting, engaging and activating consumers through the use of mobile to influence sales in-store.We are looking for a smart & ambitious individual with natural sales talents and a track record of client development to join our UK team.POSITION As a key member of the sales team, the Sales and Client Development Manager will be responsible for commercially developing a portfolio of FMCG clients (the role will have a New Business focus initially, moving towards Account Development & Growth).As part of team you will also gain exposure to performance, operations and marketing and will have the opportunity to contribute strategically to our clients development.RESPONSIBILITIES • Meeting and exceeding a sales target.• Driving the entire sales cycle (Prospecting / Opportunity identification / Presenting / Proposing / Objection handling / Winning business / Developing client relationships). • Grow & develop account penetration and value.• Become an respected voice on FMCG digital & mobile activation.REQUIREMENTS • Sales success with minimum 3 years in a similar position • Proven sales track record to middle / senior level decision makers. • Experience in Digital Marketing, FMCG. Retail &/or Media Agencies • Taste for hunting and closing• Quick thinker who is sharp with numbers & can manage multiple work streamsRemunerationCompetitive Salary (experience dependent) £28,000 - £40,000 + Excellent Commission (£25,000 - £50,000 REALISTIC)BenefitsMobile phone allowance, 25 Days holiday pa, flextime working policy.
