Care Resolution is a registered Care agency regulated under the new Care Quality Commission.If you know the quality of care that you would expect for a loved one and believe that you can provide this standard to vulnerable people, then please join us as a Community Care Worker and start a rewarding career in health and social care.PAY RATE: £10.75 per hour to £11.75 on weekendsHOURS: Full time hours are available 7 days a week and full time Community Care Workers are expected to work two weekends per monthLOCATION: We are looking for full time experienced carers who can work in these areas- SE16 (Bermondsey, Rotherhite and Canada Water) ideal for Motor Cyclists and Drivers, SE1 (London Bridge and Tower Bridge), SE15 (Peckham/Nunhead), SE17 (Elephant and Castle/Walworth) and SE5 (Camberwell)Duties and ResponsibilitiesThe purpose of this role is for the Community Care worker to work flexible hours to supportvulnerable members of our community to live their life to the full by visiting clients intheir own home to help them stay independent and live a dignified life in order to maintain their wellbeing. You will be working with adults with physical disabilities, ongoing medical conditions, mental health and the elderly. Your key responsibilities would include;• Providing Personal Care, such as washing, bathing and dressing• Assist service users to prepare meals or cook and serve them meals• Domestic duties to keep their home clean, tidy and safe, Help with the Laundry• Promote physical and mental wellbeing by taking the client out and being good company for them• Identifying other support that the client might need to stay independent and safe in their own homes• Communicating and feeding back to head officeRequired personal qualitiesRespectful and mature attitude.
