Our client is a mental health clinic based in London Bridge. They are looking to recruit a Clinic Co-ordinator with experience of invoicing and credit control. This role would suit someone who is not looking for progression and who is used to working in a small clinic.Hours of work are 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m., Monday to Friday. The successful candidate will also be provided with a mobile phone and will be required to take occasional calls from patients out of hours (this is very infrequent).The purpose of this role is to work collaboratively as part of an operational team to ensure an outstanding level of patient care.There are 4 key areas of responsibility: Front line service:To co-ordinate all enquiries, ensuring optimum levels of customer service. This will include the day to day running of the therapy out-patient service by communicating with clients, therapists, occupational health staff, general practitioners, or other members of the multi-disciplinary team, as well as the public. Communication may be face to face, by telephone, letter, email or fax.Administration of Clinical Management SystemBe responsible for the daily administration of the electronic clinical management system; appointment booking system, clinic location details & clinical records. To support the tracking and evaluation of the conversion of enquiries into patients within the service provision, and update key performance indicators (KPIs).Provide Invoicing and Credit ControlTo provide an Invoice generation and chasing debt by credit control. Raising invoices for all patient sessions held, taking payment, chasing insurance companies.Participate in the maintenance of Clinical Governance systemsParticipate in the maintenance of clinical governance systems; incident recording/reporting, Welcome Briefing, audit, and trainingSkills and qualities required:Outstanding customer service skillsHighly organisedAble to prioritise workloadFlexible and able to adapt to changing prioritiesAttention to detailInvoicing and credit control experience Required skills
