Job Description

Business Analyst - Date, Requirement Gathering, Reporting, User Journey (UX)If you are looking to grow your career as a Business Analyst and have an interest in Data Analytics and User Journey (UX), then this is a great opportunity for you. Our client brings to the table something that no other company can offer and are the global leaders in their sector of the food and wine industry.The successful Business Analyst will have 2-5 years commercial experience, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to articulate findings to senior management and stakeholders.As a Business Analyst you will help to manage, change, and plan for the future in line with the organisation’s objectives. You will need to demonstrate excellent understanding of the way the organisation works and the sector it operates in.Duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Requirement gathering.
  • Communicate with internal colleagues to understand the needs of departments and the organisation as a whole.
  • Work with external stakeholders to understand and investigate feedback into the service, function, or product provided.
  • Use data modelling practices to analyse your findings and create suggestions for strategic and operational improvements and changes.
  • Work with the UX design teams to documenting end to end customer journey in a form of user stories, functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Produce written documentation to support your work, report on your findings and to present to stakeholders when necessary.
  • Assist in the analyst of data from multiple source systems for mapping documents.
    • Key skills:
  • Take a keen interest in understanding more about data and UX.
  • Previous commercial experience working as a Business Analyst.
  • Good analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate to senior staff.
  • Passion for creating solutions with a positive attitude to change.
  • Excellent analytical skills and an informed, evidence-based approach.
