Marketing and Bids Coordinator £30,000 - £40,000 plus excellent benefits25 days holiday, annual discretionary bonus, 5% employer pension contribution, private medical insurance, weekly French lessons, profit share schemeThis is a wonderful opportunity to join an International Consultancy as their Marketing and Bids coordinator, based near London Bridge. This is an office-based position, Monday to Friday, with the opportunity to work remotely 1 day per week.The successful candidate will ideally have exposure to the Construction or Engineering industry and will need to demonstrate experience with formatting, reviewing and proofreading of materials for content and grammar which is critical to the bid productionprocess. Degree educated (or equivalent) in a Business related or marketing subject, you will be well organised, have a keen eye for details, methodical in your approach and possess outstanding communication skills. Adobe Photoshop and InDesign skills arerequired. This is an exciting opportunity to carve out a career in this growing and successful international consultancy; within a supportive, inclusive, and friendly teamReporting into the Head of Marketing and Proposals you will be providing support in the delivery of marketing and business development activities.Responsibilities include:Assisting with the development of bid responses, including bid structure and content, ensuring they are submitted as per tender processes and deadlinesMaintaining a high-level of market intelligence, legislative requirements and best practice in order to create winning bidsProofreading material and providing technical and commercial writing skills as neededBuilding internal and external relationships with stakeholders to create quality bidsIdentifying opportunities to enhance and improve the bids processEnsuring staff CVs are kept up to date, from creating to updating CVsAssisting in the production, delivery and management of PQQs and presentationsMaintaining sector profiles, project datasheets and a bid library of company standard and tender responsesMaintaining tender portals including updating corporate details and checking for upcoming opportunitiesOrganising corporate events for eg lunchtime talks, presentations, World Day, and partiesCreating communications, internal communications, as well social media and updating the websiteManaging advertising and PR, including Awards, conferencesAttending and taking notes at Business Development meetingsMaintaining the photo library including consents and legal requirements related to staff and project photosAssisting in the management of the brand and identity, including printing of business cards, leaflets, banners, branded merchandiseManaging corporate subscriptions and membershipsSupporting the development of client relationships, and collating client feedbackA fantastic opportunity for an experienced bids and proposals coordinator who enjoys working in a professional and collaborative environment.Immediate start availableIDA Recruitment Ltd specialises in office support recruitment across London.
