Responsibilities:
  • Offer one-on-one or small group assistance to students as instructed by the teacher.
  • Contribute to the supervision of classroom behaviour and routines.
  • Aid students in comprehending and finishing assignments.
  • Cultivate a positive and supportive environment to enhance the learning experience.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a comparable educational capacity is beneficial but not essential.
  • Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, students, and parents.
  • Exceptional communication skills, encompassing both verbal and written proficiency.
  • Possesses patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with students of diverse abilities.
