Strengths Based Support CoachDo you want to make a real difference to peoples lives Do you have experience of supporting adults with Complex Needs If so, we would love to hear from you. We have an exciting opportunity for a Strengths Based Support Coach in our Homeless Provision based in Leyland Road, Southport. The role is shift based, working 8am till 8pm with a 3 on 3 off rota, 40.25 hours per week.New Start is a family-run, not-for-profit organisation, we deliver a diverse range of homelessness projects and temporary housing solutions across Merseyside. We aim to enhance lives by offering good quality accommodation with structured support.The Role You will be part of a team that delivers a strengths-based service, allowing each person who accesses the project to thrive and develop, gain greater independence, and succeed to a more permanent housing solution.As a Support Coach, you will develop a Person-Centred Support Plan focussing on the strengths of the individual, boosting their confidence as they rebuild their lives.You will link in with partnership agencies to overcome barriers to a more permanent housing solution, creating a structured resettlement plan that they will work towards.Youll need to keep records of everything, experience of support planning, incident management and case records is essential.Who we are looking for.
