Job Description

In this role, you will get to work for the UKs leading independent provider of adult care in a 32-bedded care home that provides care for adults with a physical disability, as a result of an acquired brain injury (ABI) or progressive neurological condition (PNC), rated good in their latest CQC inspection.Are you an experienced Band 6 Speech and Language Therapist looking to make that step up to Band 7 Perhaps you are already a Band 7 SLT but keen to work with this specific resident groupMaybe you wish to work with a highly skilled multi-disciplinary team in a warm, home-like environment supporting residents to develop and thrive to the best of their abilitiesIf you have answered yes to any of these questions, then this is worth exploring.Operia is representing a world-renowned and the UKs leading independent provider of adult care services to search for and headhunt a Band 7 Speech and Language Therapist to join their dynamic multidisciplinary team at a 32-bedded residential care home in Southport. The role is part-time: 3 days (22.5 hours) per week.Located in Southport, this house provides care for adults with a physical disability, as a result of an acquired brain injury (ABI) or progressive neurological condition (PNC), or mental needs associated with conditions such as epilepsy.
