Job Description

Senior QA Specialist Pharmaceutical Location: SouthportType: PermanentHours:Working 8.00- 16.30 Monday to FridaySalary: CIRCA £29,000 depending on experienceAdditional: 25 days +BH hols, company pension, onsite parkingRussell Taylor is working exclusively with a leading pharmaceutical company who are looking to appoint a QA Specialist who is looking to further develop their career in a more established QA role; deputising for management, involved in regular associatedQA activities and involved in QA review meetings too. Major Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support key Pillars of the QMS as and when required- CAPAs etc
  • Support the QA team in matters of batch releases activities required by the licensed Qualified Person.
  • Follow company procedures to ensure QA documentation is correctly archived, traceable, and retrievable.
  • Assist in Quality related Investigations, Market Complaints, and support updates of SOPs, when necessary.
  • Support the business in site KPIs, product quality and HSE standards to help meet targeted levels.
  • Ensure that your training record file is kept up to date at all times with a target of 95% training compliance.
The Person
  • Will hold a Degree in a relevant, Scientific discipline or demonstrated experience as in associated GMP - QA
  • Will have experience in CAPA, OOs, OOt, deviations, change controls etc
  • Strong experience using Microsoft Excel and CRM systems
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills needed as the successful candidate will be required to deputise for the QA Manager.
