Job Description

£16.50 p/h - Band 6 Equivalent/£30,888 p/a | 36 Hrs - Set Nights | Paid Breaks | Elderly Frail Care | Good CQC A leading private nursing home in Southport is currently recruiting for an experienced RGN/Adult Nurse to work 3 nights per week on a permanent basis.The home is fully CQC compliant and offers round the clock care and support to older adults with general medical nursing needs and elderly frailties.Details of this RGN Night Nurse role and what the home is offering:

  • A permanent contract of 36 hours per week
  • Set shifts of Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights
  • Very competitive rates of pay of £16.50 per hour plus paid breaks, which is equivalent to NHS Band 6 and totals an annual salary of £30,888

  • A comprehensive induction and ongoing training programmes
    • As RGN Night Nurse, you will be responsible for managing and delivering clinical care to a caseload of residents within the home and you will lead a small team of HCAs on shift in the delivery of personal care.What we are looking for in a Night Nurse:
  • NMC Registered Adult Nurse/RGN
  • Demonstrate some post-registration experience, ideally within an elderly care or UK nursing home setting
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills and a caring, empathetic nature
  • Flexible to work a range of shift patterns to meet the needs of the home
