At Profectus we have an exciting role with our client for a Project Manager to be focusing on Mergers and Acquisitions. Ideally with 3 plus years of commercial experience. Our client is looking for someone with a strong Project management background towork on their Projects. You will be working for an impressive company that really promotes a positive work culture. The team has a great feel about it and pulls togetheron each project to ensure they produce and deliver the best results possible. This role offers the opportunity to have remote working with flexible attendance to the Southport or Manchester office (around 4 times a month).Responsibilities * Lead delivery of M&A integration Projects within the desired scope.* Apply and Assess appropriate project management and delivery practices (agile or waterfall).* Work with key stakeholders to define a projects scope, budget, objective requirements and success criteria.* Lead the planning, scheduling, and maintenance of project milestones, timelines, and key activities.* Proactively identify, articulate, and manage risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies across the project lifecycle.* Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and cost using appropriate change request processes. * Track projects spend against agreed CAPEX and OPEX budgets.Requirements* Have 3 plus years of experience in delivery or Project manager roles.* Any of the following or similar qualifications PRINCE 2, AgilePM, PMP.* Demonstrable experience of delivering complex projects across both Agile and Waterfall and/or hybrid techniques.* Strong understanding of digital delivery, design thinking principles and process and systems development.* Understanding of change management techniques.* Detail-oriented, analytical, and inquisitive.Its extremely beneficial to have worked for solicitors or on Mergers and AcquisitionsIf this role sounds exciting and you would like to know more please apply with your latest CV.
