Job Description

A super exciting Product Owner position has launched on behalf of a reputable top 100 professional services brand based in multiple locations across the Northwest that are embarking on a HUGE re-platforming of their internal systems.Location | Workplace Policy: Remote 1st with occasional travel across the brand’s Northwest sites (once every couple of weeks)Headlining this massive journey and owning the roadmap, a successful applicant will be working directly with internal customers, BAs & Devs and thus need to be a born communicator/influencer/ entrepreneur that can adeptly develop user stories, prioritisebacklogs and bring the company into the future.Key responsibilities:

  • Take immediate ownership of business processes (CRM management, data and reporting)
  • Establish yourself as a knowledgeable product figure and communicate with business analysts, developers and service colleagues
  • Communicate with multiple stakeholders and, in collaboration with your squad, prototype and validate potential solutions to customer problems, and ensure that proposed features are useful, usable, feasible, and compliant with government policies.
  • Process map or document business processes
  • Develop Initiatives, Epics and User Stories aligned with product strategy and key results
  • Act as the conduit between the business and technology in defining digital solutions to business problems and objectives.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of product features in collaboration with technology, data, privacy, proposition and work hard to optimise existing processes
  • Adopt a wide view of the brand’s digital product output and develop new features to fill in needs
  • Regularly report on milestones, KPIs and key metrics
