Band 8a Matron Critical CareAn exciting opportunity has arisen within the Planned Care Clinical Business Unit we are in a position to be able to offer out to the right candidate the role of Matron in Critical Care, including Outreach, Resus and Pain Management on a permanent basis.As part of the management team within Planned Care your role will be fundamental in developing the focus of the patient experience and the quality agenda. This role will be pivotal in the planning, implementation and delivery of specialist pathway services. You will provide visionary supportive and challenging leadership to enthusiastic and experienced multi professional teams.The successful candidate will be able to provide the team with strong clinical leadership skills, with the ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team, work across boundaries, influence and lead others in practice to deliver clinical outcomes, whilst embracing the Matron 10 key roles.
