Job Description

CV Screen is recruiting for an IT Support Technician to join a fantastic business based near to Southport. You will join a Managed Service Provider who support some fantastic organisations based in Lancashire and Merseyside. A salary of up to £25,000 + Benefitsis offered.YOUR ROLE IN A NUTSHELLYou will provide 1st and 2nd line support both on client sites (in Ormskirk) and from the company HQ in Southport.DUTIES

  • Provide day-to-day 1st line IT support to office staff, remote users and liaising with IT partners as and when required.
  • Provide support on Office 365, Active Directory, Windows Servers & AWS.
WHAT EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED
  • A minimum of 1 years experience supporting a Windows environment.
  • Experience of supporting Active Directory, Exchange and Azure preferred.
  • Previous experience of ConnectWise & Sophos advantageous.
  • Any knowledge of SQL would be useful
  • A Full UK Driving Licence with access to vehicle as travel to client sites will be required as part of this role.
