They have a vibrant sales team and a knowledgeable business support teamto make sure all sales, financial and people activity run smoothly.The HR & Recruitment Co-ordinator will be part of the business support team, working 18 hours per week over 3 days (office based). The role will ensure that the 25 and growing employee base have an employment experience that is professional and fair butwith a small company culture feel throughout the whole employee lifecycle. Full training will be provided to help you understand, adapt, and succeed in your role, but it’s up to you to bring the skills and drive!Key ResponsibilitiesHR and ER administrationCo-ordination of all processes within an employment lifecycle, e.g. probation, PDR, absence, annual leaveEnd to end Recruitment - from writing adverts, pre-screening candidates to onboarding, with anything in betweenProviding guidance to Managers and their teams for any day-to-day HR related mattersAmending Company Policy and Procedure and implementing new initiatives to enhance our employee experience.Design and delivery of a yearly CSR and Employee Engagement activity calendarSkills and ExperienceMinimum CIPD Level 3 with at least 2 years continuous experience working within a HR TeamMinimum 2 years of recruitment experience - advertising/shortlisting/pre-screen/interview co-ordination/onboardingEffective and efficient administration experienceUnderstanding of the key principles of employment law/case law and interpretation for business complianceExcellent communication skills, verbal and written and most importantly, great listening skills.Ability to self-motivate and meet work goals with limited supervision.Natural relationship builder who brings energy, balance and flexibility to gain best outcomes for the business.Planning and prioritising with problem solving and decision making to keep all activities on track.Apply now, don’t miss this opportunity - email your CV ASAPSuitable applicants will be contacted within 3 working daysGRO is a commercial, professional and technical agency, with a wealth of expertise in providing permanent and short-term contract placements.
