Job Description

Job Title: Healthcare AssistantLocation: SouthportSalary: £9.50 - £9.80 per hourJob type: Full Time, permanent. Each Lodge offers various care services from superior residential careto tailored nursing and dementia care.We work closely with our residents, their loved ones and medical professionals to ensure tailored care is delivered to each resident, meeting their needs and preferences. With a person-centred approach at the heart of everything we do, our Lodges aim toprovide compassionate care and support whilst encouraging fun, fulfilling and vibrant lifestyles.About the role; We are looking for a new Healthcare Assistant to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will be offering person-centred care and support to our residents to ensure they feel safe, secure and content. No qualifications are required, but there is an increasedrate of pay if you hold a relevant NVQ Level 2 or equivalent qualification and experience within the care sector is preferred but not essential.Requirements:

  • Provide assistance, personal care, activities and companionship to residents
  • Be alert to residents needs, health and wellbeing
  • Respect the residents dignity and privacy
  • Work with residents and their families to deliver tailored care to each individual
  • Assist with mealtimes and safe moving
  • Maintain accurate records for each resident
