Job Description

Our client is entering an exciting period of growth - strong market conditions, new contract wins and recent increased investment - and is now in a position to recruit a Head of Finance with potential of FD-ship within the short to medium term. Their currentturnover is around £20m and this role comes with a number of opportunities:

  • Working closely with the board/management team to control costs, ensuring that profits are maximized
  • Developing the finance function to ensure that the processes and procedures are as efficient as possible to support continued growth
  • Working with the senior leadership team to develop KPIs and management information to enable better understanding of cost drivers and commercial opportunities
  • Potential for promotion to Finance Director within short to medium term
