As they continue to grow, they are looking for a talented Digital and Social Media Assistant to join the team and help them elevate all they do for their clients.The Digital and Social Media Assistant RoleAs a Digital and Social Media Assistant, you will play a key role in enhancing our digital footprint and creating meaningful connections with our audiences across several leading financial brands. This dynamic position is perfect for a self-starter who is creative,detail-oriented, and passionate about the ever-evolving world of social media and digital marketing.What you will be doing:

  • Develop engaging and visually appealing content for various social media platforms
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with overall brand messaging and promotional activities for a handful of brands.
  • Monitor and manage social media accounts, responding to comments and messages in a timely, professional but engaging manner.
  • Stay up-to-date with social media trends and recommend strategies to increase online engagement.
  • Track and analyse social media performance metrics to measure the success of campaigns.
  • Provide regular reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Foster a sense of community through active engagement with our audiences, including the development of contests, polls, and other interactive initiatives.
  • Basic graphic design skills to create eye-catching visuals that align with brand guidelines.

Digital and Social Media Assistant skills and experienced
  • Self-motivation by the bucketload - a real can-do attitude.
  • Proven experience in managing social media accounts for businesses or organisations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
  • Familiarity with social media analytics tools.
  • Basic graphic design skills using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Passion for staying current with social media trends and digital marketing strategies.
  • Knowledge of SEO principles and content marketing is advantageous.
