During this time, the business has acquired all of its retail properties so you can look forward to a secure and stable future,possibly even a career.The roleWe are looking for a permanent, full-time Customer Service Advisor based in our clients Head Offices in Southport. You will be assisting an established customer services team 5 days a week, Monday to Friday.The main purpose of this role is to provide an exceptional service to Customers, going the extra mile to ensure they receive service worthy of a recommendation. It is telephone based and you will receive workplace training to ensure your skills are up todate.There will be a level of administration within the role also.YouAs with all positions with this client, fantastic customer service skills are a must as you will be part of the initial contact where something could have gone wrong for the customer. You will be part of an engaged and motivated team who excel at what theydo and enjoy it at the same time!So to be part of the team you will need:- Excellent communication skills.- Experience in a similar position.- An empathetic and practical way of thinking and working.- IT systems and administration skills, specifically excel and word are essential.- Excellent attention to detail.Basic £20,000 - above average pension scheme, health and dental care, annual salary reviews
