The regions perhapst most well-regarded Clinical Negligence team has an exciting new opening for an experienced Clinical Negligence Solicitor. The department deals with cases of the highest quality and is now looking to further augment its offering withthe hire of an experienced and passionate Solicitor (NQ-3 years PQE).Youll be handling matters independently and assisting the senior team on an array of Clinical Negligence cases from instruction right through to settlement or trial. These will include a mixture of both pre-litigated and litigated clinical negligence casesof varying complexity. You should be able to demonstrate that you have a strong background in dealing with litigated clinical negligence cases with little to no supervision.
