This opportunity is ideal for individuals already excelling as Sales Managers or Senior Mortgage Consultants who are ready to progress their careers.As the new Sales Manager, you will oversee 6 branches across South Essex, nurturing and developing outstanding individuals already in the team and expanding it further.Consideration will also be given to applications from candidates with relevant experience seeking their next career step. You will recruit for, manage, and develop a team of 5 Mortgage & Protection Consultants with varied experience across several successfulAbbotts Branches.You will be financially rewarded for your team’s success in exceeding sales targets in line with the standard Mortgage Managers remuneration scheme. Applicants must hold the full mortgage qualification and have Financial Services Experience.Salary & Benefits:
