A great opportunity to join an established mortgage broker as a Telephone Based Self Employed Mortgage Adviser at our central Southend operation.The house buying and re-mortgaging process can be a very stressful time. At Mortgages Online, we are passionate about reducing this stress and making the process run as smooth and quick as possible.We are looking for an efficient, self-motivated individual who can work well under pressure and be able to follow up fresh leads in a timely manner. A good amount of qualified leads will be provided each month, with an agreed amount of client calls booked on your behalf each week.The successful candidate must have CeMAP 1, 2 and 3 and will preferably have telephone based experience and Competent Adviser Status.Full admin support post application is provided.The role will include the following duties, but not limited to:
