Job Description

12-month MAT Cover withacompanyraising standardsin various sectors for over30 years. They specialise insecurity, construction logistics, aviation services, and technology services.Purpose of Role

  • Delivering high-quality and consistentHR advice and supportto employees and managers.
  • Providing proactive and professional generalist HR advice to a portfolio of site and support managers.
  • Assisting our clientin achieving its aims and objectives by minimising and managing risk.
  • Building strong and effective relationships with key stakeholders, including HR colleagues, senior management, line management, and employees.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadthe application of HR policy and practice, providing expert advice on all people policies.
  • Managecomplex cases, mitigating organisational risk related to people activities. Collaborate with external third parties during legal proceedings.
  • Coordinatewith the Mobilization and Senior HR Business Partner teams to lead TUPE transitions for new contract wins, acquisitions, and contract losses.
  • Overseeall aspects of formal employee consultation arising from organizational structure changes or alterations to terms and conditions.
  • Offertimely and efficient Employment Law and Management advice to key stakeholders.
  • Build and maintainsuccessful relationships with external stakeholders, including legal representatives and trade unions.
  • Ensureeffective tracking, management, and reporting systems for Employee Relations.
  • Providerelevant and timely Management Information and analysis regarding ER cases.
  • Maintainaccurate employee records to comply with governance and legal requirements.
  • Respond to and resolveER queries and complaints, escalating as needed to the Head of HR Shared Services.
  • Adhere tothe company’s confidentiality policy at all times.
Essential:
  • HR experience at a similar level, particularly in managing employee relations issues.
  • Preferredcandidate will beCIPD qualifiedto level 5 or above.
  • Excellentinterpersonalandwritten communicationskills.
  • Ability tointeract effectivelywith internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strongorganizational skills, including prioritizing conflicting deadlines.
  • Proficiency inPC skills, including Word and Excel.
  • Effective team member with experience incoaching and supporting others.
  • Demonstrated a history offlexibility,proactivity, andtask ownership.
  • Reliability, including delivering high standards of punctuality and attendance to ensure team effectiveness and availability.
