Job Description

About the roleKindred is a group of 11 brands which together, form one of the Worlds largest online gaming businesses. We have over 1700 employees, spread across 15 international offices and have the stated aspiration of being the best online gaming business across all markets. As Sportsbook Marketing Manager you will develop and drive local Sportsbook and Horse Racing marketing activitiespredominantly for the UK, Australian, Romanian and Italian market to frame and track competitive landscape, understand target market and identify market insights to inform product strategies and go-to-marketactivities.What you will do

  • Produce localized Sportsbook and Horse Racing positioning, messaging, visuals, and themes that differentiate Kindreds product in the marketplace
  • Develop and deliver local Sportsbook marketing strategy to align short term success with long term Product and Market vision and strategy by planning and executingmulti-channel marketing plans
  • Work closely with the relevant Customer Strategy Managers and the rest of the Customer Strategy team to define the local Sportsbook marketing calendar and deliver strategies that meet local aspirations and customer preferences
  • Understand the local Sportsbook customer base, identifyopportunities and develop strategies
  • Develop expertise in a local market and provide insights/copy direction for customer communications
  • Conducting regular competitor analyses in local market and maintaining market place awareness
  • Manage positioning and promoting of new product feature launches within the market
  • Continuously collect and analyse data to understand the local customer base, their profile and motivations within the Sportsbook product
  • Give regular Sportsbook performance updates to local markets and highlight potential challenges and opportunities
  • Adapt global Sportsbook marketing activities to meet the local market needs
  • Be the local voice of the customer in the product planning process - work with the Sportsbook team to define and improve customer product experience from local perspectiv
