Renowned for constantly delivering high quality finishes, they are looking for an experienced Site Managerwith a carpentry background to work on an upcoming project in the prestigious district of Kensington. Valued at £1 million this project has been uniquely designed for a private client, they now need an experienced site manager to bring the bespoke design tolife, taking on the project from site set up to completion. In this role you will be number one on site, tasked with working on project schedules, ensuring health and safety is being adhered to on site, overseeing and coordinating sub-contractors and material deliveries - whilst liaising and communicating with architectsand engineers. You will be reporting to the project manager updating them on site progress ensuring projects are delivered on time and to budget.This is a great opportunity to work on bespoke high value residential refurbishment project whilst increasing your build knowledge on technically challenging projects.The ideal candidate will have a carpentry background with extensive residential refurbishment experience ideally working on high end residential projects who is looking to join a well-established company whilst receiving a competitive salary and lucrative benefits.The role
