Our client are a well-established market research company within the education sector working on behalf of learning providers across the country.They are currently looking to recruit friendly, professional, enthusiastic and self-motivated individuals to join their warm, hardworking and welcoming family owned business.In this role you will be contacting a wide range of students (via telephone) to conduct short surveys (around 2 minutes) about how courses have impacted them and what they have progressed on to since finishing. The role is outbound only and there are no sales involved.A successful tele-researcher is enthusiastic, engaging, and personable. They will possess strong administrative skills, be a fast dialler (role is manual dialling only) and typist and have strong attention to detail. The role is target driven and requires a highly motivated, self-driven person.Experience:Previous experience as a tele-researcher, outbound telephonist, working towards targets, working in a fast-paced environment is advantageous.Ability to express a positive, enthusiastic tone, be engaging, professional, enjoy speaking with people, overcome objection, manually dial, meet and exceed targets is essential.Working hours are 10-8 Monday to Thursday.
