Job Description

We are looking for Assembly operatives to join our client in South Molton, a global leader within the aerospace industry.

  • Job Title: Assembly Operative
  • Hours: Monday - Thursday 8 AM - 4:45 PM, Friday 8AM - 12PM, Double Days 6AM - 2PM/2PM-10PM
  • Job Type: Full Time; Temp Ongoing
  • Pay Rate: £11.44/ph on days, and £13.16-14.30/ph on shifts.
  • Location: South Molton
Your role as an Assembly Operative:
  • Preparing and Assembling mechanical and electrical kit components
  • Using measuring tools to check accuracy of components in line with company procedures
  • Reporting any Health and Safety issues
  • Rectify errors or by taking appropriate corrective action
  • Working to job card deadlines
Skills required as an Assembly Operative:
  • Ability to read drawings
  • Proficient using measuring tools
  • Basic Computer Literacy
  • Ability to maintain accurate records

  • Full training provided (production or electronics background advantageous)
  • Upon successfully completing the trial period opportunity to go perm will be available
  • For the Temporary period weekly pay, then monthly
