These programs enable Amazonto deliver on the goal of being Earths Best Employer, while delivering key operational objectives. Key job responsibilities- Partner with Country HR Leaders and Regional/Country Operations Leaders across EU and key EU central teams, such as Employee Relations, Legal and Analytics to deliver HR Programs- Lead medium to large scale projects that directly impact employee experience and/or drive HR optimization- Create detailed project plans and manage overall execution with regular, accurate scoping documents and status update reports, highlighting key risks in a timely manner - Develop and execute a program change strategy that addresses business readiness, engagement, and adoption of new standard work through robust communications and training plans- Develop and design Standard Operating Procedures for new or existing processes and testing & validating those processes in partnership with HR & Ops stakeholders- Manage and engage a large and diverse set of stakeholders in multiple Operations businesses- Develop and implement standardized processes and procedures across geographically distributed teams- Bias for action, excellent attention to detail and relentless commitment to follow-through- Ability to work in a highly matrixed structure. Be comfortable in different roles, sometimes supporting, sometimes leading- Ability to convey ideas and recommendations in a clear, compelling and succinct way in written and verbal communications to influence effectively with a wide variety of audiences - technical and business clients, HR functions, and all levels of employees- Experience identifying and resolving issues independently, will take initiative even under unfamiliar or ambiguous circumstancesWe are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:London, GBRBASIC QUALIFICATIONS - 5+ years of program or project management experience- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership- Experience in program or project management- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvementsPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - 2+ years of driving process improvements experience- Masters degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related fieldAmazon is an equal opportunities employer.
