Job Description

Due to growth, a boutique firm in London are looking for a Public Law Solicitor or Legal Executive to join their team in London.Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a public law caseload independently with minimal supervision.
  • Provide expert legal advice to clients.
  • Supervise junior members of team.
The Ideal Candidate:
  • A qualified solicitor or legal executive with at least 1 years’ experience in public law
  • Experienced in all aspects of public law, including judicial review proceedings and ideally migrant support issues such as disputes about accommodation and support with the Home Office and local authorities, age assessments, leaving care duties and trafficking.
  • Passionate about legal aid work with a sound understanding of the legal aid scheme.
