Job Description

After moving to new premises based in South Kirby my long-standing client is now looking to appoint a candidate to become part of the senior management team as Warehouse & Operations Manager reporting into the MD.The role gives you full responsibility of the warehouse operation and will be required to utilise your experience to assist with the long term and strategic planning for the business.Warehouse Operations Manager, responsible for: -

  • Managing a team of 8 and overseeing all processes within a fast-paced operation.
  • Ensure the company Quality Policy, Health & Safety policy and safe working practices are constantly and consistently observed by all personnel.
  • Maintenance and upkeep of health & safety system ensuring all relevant checks are carried out at the recommended intervals
  • Warehouse stock management including placing orders, stock rotation, identifying and communicating stock shortfalls.
  • Overseeing all aspects of goods in and despatch of orders ensuring accuracy and correctness of goods, including all documentation.
I am looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager with the following experience
  • Management of a small warehouse and driving team
  • Implementation of Healthy & Safety policies within a previous role
  • Experience of FCMG products
