  • We are looking for someone with property management experience ideally within block management
  • Salary £30,000 - £35,000 pa dependent upon experience
  • Monday to Friday role 09:00 - 17:30
  • Full training and support for IRPM qualifications if not already obtained

  • Working within a professional and experienced team you will be involved in all aspects of buildings and property management of high quality residential, luxury mansion blocks, contemporary and portered residential buildings

As Assistant Property Manager working within a professional and experienced team you will be involved in a wide variety of tasks to include:
  • Assisting the Buildings and Property Management Team in all aspects of property management
  • Liaison with tenants and landlords - investigating and ensuring prompt responses are given
  • Assisting with the planning and management of all maintenance and repair work
  • Dealing with day to day correspondence with tenants
  • Ensuring all Health and Safety, legislative and statutory controls, and best practice guidance issued by ARMA are met
  • Obtaining quotations and liaising with contractors
  • Arranging the timely renewal of certificates
  • Assisting with service charge management
  • Maintaining and updating databases
You will need to:
  • Have experience of working in a property management environment with the desire to adhere to the highest industry standards
  • Be keen to acquire IRPM qualifications if not already held - full training and support will be provided to achieve member status
  • Possess a positive approach to problem solving
  • Have excellent administrative skills and precise attention to detail
  • Be accurate, numerate and with good knowledge of Microsoft office packages
  • Possess great communication skills both written and verbal with a confident telephone manner
  • Enjoy working within a team assisting with various tasks as required
