Background: We are a young, early stage company in its rapid growth phase, developing and selling a unique exercise bike: CAR.O.L (carolbike). We are now at the stage where we are growing our team and organisation. Part of that is to bring our finance function in house.We are UK based but operate also in the USA. Our main office is in central London, near South Kensington tube station. While remote working is possible, presence in the office at least for part of the week will be required (after COVID has resolved).If you are looking for a new challenge, want to work with a dynamic team and be part of CAR.O.L conquering the world - please send your application and CV.Requirements:o Accountancy certification desirable but partial qualification sufficient (we still have external accountants for sign-off)o Good working knowledge of Xero accounting software and being tech savvy to (help) design financial reports on XLReporting and interact with other company systems (e.g. woocommerce, Stripe, etc.). Coding can be outsourced.o Work experience in small company without larger finance team around you. Ideally with international experience.o Willingness to "get stuck in", be self-motivated to learn more about our product and how our finance function should best be served. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to grow personally with the company, for a self-motivated learner. Not for someone who requires the internal network of a larger corporation.Tasks:
