Job Description

Senior Lettings Negotiator (Bexleyheath area)We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Lettings Negotiator to join a successful lettings agency in the Bexleyheath area. As a Senior Lettings Negotiator, you will play a crucial role in facilitating successful property lettings andcontributing to the growth of the business.Basic salary: £23k, with OTE up to £35kResponsibilities:- Conduct property viewings with prospective tenants, showcasing the features and benefits of available properties.- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and other stakeholders.- Negotiate tenancy agreements and ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.- Actively seek new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and marketing initiatives.- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any queries or concerns promptly and professionally.- Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to effectively advise clients on rental values and property management.- Manage a portfolio of properties, ensuring efficient property maintenance and timely resolution of any issues.- Collaborate with the lettings team to achieve individual and team targets, contributing to the overall success of the company.- Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to identify potential areas for growth and improvement.- Mentor and support junior team members, sharing industry knowledge and best practices.Requirements:- Proven experience as a Lettings Negotiator, preferably at a senior level.- In-depth knowledge of the lettings process, including legal requirements and tenancy agreements.- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.- Strong organisational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.- Results-driven mindset and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.- Proficiency in relevant software and technology used in the lettings industry.- A valid drivers license and access to a vehicle for property viewings.- A professional and positive attitude, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.- A passion for the property industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.- ARLA or NAEA qualification (desirable).If you are an ambitious and experienced Lettings Negotiator looking for a new challenge in SE London, we would love to hear from you.
