Junior Lettings Negotiator (Bexleyheath area).Basic salary: £20k, with OTE up to £26kWe are seeking a motivated Junior Lettings Negotiator to join a successful lettings agency in the Bexleyheath area. You will assist with property lettings and contribute to business growth.Responsibilities:- Assist with property viewings, showcasing available properties to prospective tenants.- Build and maintain relationships with landlords, tenants, and stakeholders.- Learn to negotiate tenancy agreements and complete necessary documentation.- Seek new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and marketing.- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing queries promptly and professionally.- Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions to advise clients.- Collaborate with the lettings team to achieve targets and company success.- Conduct market research and competitor analysis for growth opportunities.- Learn from senior team members, gaining valuable industry knowledge.- Assist with administrative tasks, such as property listings and reports.Requirements:- Good track record in sales or customer service, no experience in lettings is required.- The successful candidate will be target driven, motivated, and professional.- Valid drivers licence and access to a vehicle.- Flexibility to work weekends.This is a full-time position with training given.If you are a motivated individual looking to start your career as a Junior Lettings Negotiator in SE London, we would love to hear from you.
