About us:A leading, mystery shopping and research organisation, with an excellent footprint in the UK, is looking to recruit a Quality Controller. Proinsight provides comprehensive mystery shopping and research programmes for many of the UK’s leading leisure, retail and hospitality companies. With exciting growth plans, they are looking to recruit a meticulous and dedicated individual into their Operations Team.If you are looking to make your mark in a small but fast-growing company, then this may be the ideal role for you.About the role:The Quality Controller role is based on a self-employed status and working time is entirely flexible. You choose the hours you work, the money you earn and the location you work from (sofas are fine with us!).Our Quality Controllers hold an integral role in the business, ensuring that each of our mystery shopping audit reports are written well, that mystery shops have been conducted as per our brief and that our clients get the insights that are required to grow and develop their businesses.The main responsibility of this role is to ensure that all reports are to be reviewed ensuring they are clear and consistent, complete and grammatically correct before submission to our clients. Some reports include telephone calls or videos to validate, others are just written up with thoughts and feelings about our Mystery Shoppers journey.The successful candidate for this role with be required to correct spelling mistakes, grammar, and layout, to check contact and ensure all reports have continuity and are in line with the company style and client requirement. Each Mystery Shoppers ability to write to our standards vary so youll need a keen eye for detail and be supportive and fair.You can expect to earn around £10 per hour. Youll be paid on each survey you validate; survey lengths and complexities vary. Plus, the speed in which you validate reports will depend on your experience in the role and with a computer.Requirements for this role would be:
