Job Description

We are looking for a bright, enthusiastic and proactive Office Junior/Admin Assistant to join our team at Greenwich. This role will involve a variety of tasks but predominately working within the Admin team. There will also be general office duties that you will be required to undertake as part of your role.Salary: £17,000 Office Junior/Admin Assistant Duties will include but not be limited to:

  • Obtaining quotes from suppliers to assist the Procurement Dept
  • Matching POs and PODs to supplier invoices
  • Answering the phone
  • Meet & greet clients in a professional manner offering refreshments as necessary
  • Weekly stationery / Inventory check to ensure all stock is up to date
  • Co-ordination of all incoming and outgoing post and courier services
  • Photocopying, faxing, binding and filing all company documents
  • Data entry
  • Filing
  • Ad hoc duties
  • Essential requirements:
  • Polite telephone manner
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experienced with Excel and Word
  • Personality profile:
  • Extremely organised
  • Ability to prioritise effectively
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Team player
  • Be able to work on their own initiative

  • Salary 17k-18k
  • 8am - 5pm (Monday-Thursday)
  • 8am - 4pm (Friday)
