We also provide quality services to general needs tenants, owning and managing properties across London. We have 90 years’ experience of retirement home design and living in London. Your Role As a Multi-Trade Operative, you will carry out a range of maintenance and repairs work on C&C properties. This will involve plumbing and carpentry refurbishment work as well as painting and decorating. The RequirementsTo join us as a Multi-Trade Operative, you will need: - Experience within a social housing environment - A City & Guilds or NVQ Level 3 qualification in at least one trade (such as painting and decorating, plumbing or carpentry) - Proficiency in maintenance-related repair work - Knowledge of the NHF schedule of rates codes as a way of accurately pricing work- A CSCS card - A full driving licence This role is subject to a DBS check.Do you see yourself succeeding in the role Select the apply button shown to apply with your updated CV.
