Job Description

TEMP TO PERMWe are partnering once again with one of the UK’s leading residential property management companies, assisting them in their search for Finance Administrator.Reporting to the FP&A Manager, you will provide support to the corporate finance team in the billing and reconciliations of financial records and play an integral part in the maintenance of client contract records.This is a temporary to permanent role. The role is likely to be made permanent after 12 weeks.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Invoice generation, updating recurring contracts database and processing ad-hoc payments
  • Bank reconciliations, corporate banking and following up overdue invoices to ensure these are paid
  • Preparation and maintenance of Corporate Finance billing schedules
  • Ensure financial information is available, complete and accurate
  • Assist with the mobilisation and de-mobilisation of client portfolios
  • Understand and review key business systems and processes and support in implementing new ways of working
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as required within the Corporate Finance function
  • CANDIDATE PROFILE / REQUIREMENTS
  • Working towards a professional accounting qualification such as AAT would be an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Previous experience in an accounting or property management-based environment is essential
  • A good understanding of account procedures and processes
  • Computer literacy (particularly Excel) is essential
  • Excellent organisation skills with the ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Team player and able to lead by example
  • Use of initiative in problem solving
  • Able to resolve queries and complaints promptly and effectively
  • HOURS, SALARY & BENEFITSThe working hours are 9:00am - 5:00pm, Monday to Friday.If you are offered the permanent position after the temporary assignment, the salary will be between £25-28k per annum depending on experience, and the benefits will include:
