Job Description

Adobe Bid Presenter £30-40kSouth East LondonMy client, an established worldwide engineering consultancy, are looking for a Bid Designer to join their trusted team in luxury corporate offices located in South East London. You will have knowledge of tender processing and Adobe Creative Suite. The Role- Ensure all relevant bids are written & prepared to the highest corporate standard and reflect the company branding guidelines.- Track all bid related information & statistics.- Work with the Bid Team, Key Account Holders & Directors to prioritise & execute bids and presentations agreeing deadlines and expectations.- Delivery and rewrite written, numerical and existing content into a compelling graphical representation that is easy to interpret.- Review, edit and prepare written material for proposal documents as required. Ensure timely dispatch and all deadlines are met when allocated.- Must support all members of the Bid team as and when required.- Ensure all bid resources are up to date as directed.- Create single repository for all bid related materials & maintain including new databases.- Report on status of all bids/tenders/presentations to business via SharePoint as required.- Log and research bid opportunities as required- Assess relevant market data & identify key contacts as and when required.- Work with the Bid Manager, Marketing and Directors to identify bid opportunities.- Prepare key bid presentations, capability statements, tenders, OJEU responses, and PQQs as needed.The Person- Good presentation and verbal communication skills.- Good level competency in MS Office, PowerPoint, Dotmailer and SharePoint.- The ability to project a positive, approachable and professional attitude at all times.- Personable and a ‘can do’ attitude with resource management experience.- Able to establish rapport and good working relationships within the project team and Clients.- Good attention to detail skills with an eye for accuracy.- Good planning, time management and organisational skills.- Must be able to work to tight deadlines, be able to project a confident, calm, measured and organised attitude under pressure.- To be able to work as part as a team and collaboratively and co-operatively.- Must be able to demonstrate skills to tailor documents to specific audiences to generate business.- Good IT literacy, with some Adobe Creative Suite (including InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator).- Some working knowledge in tender processing and administration skills in this process.- Background in desktop publishing, advertising, media or related field is desired.Our mission: To be the leading Executive Secretarial & Support recruitment consultancy in London, for employers and jobseekers alike.
