We are looking to replace an existing receptionist and are offering 19.5 hours per week worked over 4 or 5 shifts. The role is patient facing [COVID-19 secure] so mainly telephone or screening patients coming in via the door entry system. The role involves booking and cancelling appointments, helping patients with queries. You need to be resilient and able to deal with patients who are often frustrated and stressed who are accessing primary medical care. Patience and excellent customer service is essential. This is a team working role and being able to support each other is also a key part of the role.
