Job Description

I am representing a brilliant market leader in their field who are looking for a Marketing Executive for a 12 month FTC to join their UK side of the team, with a good possibility of turning into a permanent role. For the role of Marketing Executive youll be supporting the UK Marketing Manager inall marketing activities and administration to make sure marketing plans are in line with the companies strategic direction.Main Duties:** Creating case studies** Attending trade events** Creating marketing collateral** Assist in the implementation of marketing activities in line with theoverall marketing strategy** Liaise and build strong relationships with internal and externalstakeholders** Use Graphic Design skill to assist the production of marketingcommunications and promotional materials etc** Co-ordinate and attend seminars, exhibitions and customerhospitality events as required.** Contribute in co-ordinating and designing the look and feel ofexhibitions stands** Research market intelligence and trends, industry reports andcompetitor behaviour.** Contribute content for web, PR and social media channels** Maintain strong knowledge of all products and services.** Assist the Marketing manager in fulfilling internal and externalcustomer requests.** Visit customers to create testimonials, case studies and articles forpublication in trade magazines, newsletters and online.** Database management – record leads from exhibitions.** Proof read documents for external release.** Manage and monitor marketing budget spreadsheet ensuring thatinvoices are logged and passed for payment.What we need from you:** Excellent working knowledge of Excel, andPowerPoint.** Excellent working knowledge of AdobeCreative Suite Programmes – InDesign,Photoshop, Captivate and Premier Pro** Experience using email Marketing Software** Experience using a Customer RelationshipManagement (CRM) systems** Well-developed communication skills bothverbal and written** Excellent organisational skills** Good analytical and numerical ability** Ability to use initiative, work under pressureand as part of a team.** CIM Professional Certificate or equivalentpreferred.**Ability to build key relationships withstakeholders across the business.** Ability to work flexibly beyond normal businesshours when required.This is a hybrid position which will require travel to events etc when the business needs it so you must hold a full valid Uk drivers license and own and car.
