Job Description

Purchase Ledger AdministratorCroydonPermanentUp to £26,000 depending on experienceDo you want to work for a established and ever growing business Looking to work in an experience and friendly teamWe are working with a great business based in the Croydon area who are looking for someone to join them on a Permanent basis as the Purchase Ledger Administrator.This will be a brilliantly varied role where you will be involved in both the Purchase Ledger as well as the Purchasing.Day to day duties could include:

  • Processing purchase ledger invoices
  • Sending client invoices
  • Arranging PO
  • Taking queries from suppliers
  • Other finance administration duties
We are looking for:
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Prior experience with invoice processing
  • Good telephone manner both written and verbal
  • Strong administrative experience
  • Good organisational skills
