Job Description

Are you looking to make a difference in Childrens lives Here is an opportunity for you to work as an experienced Social Worker in Childrens Assessment Services.The rate of pay would be up to £42 per hour depending on your location and this may be negotiable.Your key responsibilities will include:

Make on-going assessments of allocated cases to reflect individual circumstances including assessment of risk, and the need to ensure that children are protected from significant harm.
Prepare and present reports as necessary to facilitate decision making about service users and to provide effective quality assurance.
Provide a needs-led service, working with providers within Social Services, Somerset Partnership and independent and voluntary sectors in order to meet requirements.
Establish and maintain appropriate networks and professional relationships with service users, their families and other professionals to deliver services through effective partnership working.

Registered with Social Work England
Having experience of minimum 2 years in Children Assessment Services
Able to drive car and hold a UK Driving License
